Let's Get Personal in HR

As HR professionals, we are busy. We are busy handling the day to day tasks and responsibilities that come along with our job, we are busy handing our lives outside of work, and we are busy trying to stay on top of all the tips and trends that help make workplaces better! Perhaps, though, we are too busy to focus on something that is vital to making everything else work--ourselves and our well-being. This episode will explore ways HR professionals can (and should) be aware of the importance of self-care, self-advocacy, and other mental health awareness considerations.
