- Trust Site access – The Trust Site provides important dates for when your solution is scheduled to receive updates and feature releases. Find out when your solution is scheduled to receive R9 Update 4 by visiting the Trust Site. While you’re there, make sure you subscribe to receive notifications, so you don’t miss out on important information.
- Release webinar registration – The R9 Update 4 release webinar will be held on Thursday, September 28, at 2:00 p.m. ET. During this webinar, our Learning team pros will go over key features included in R9 Update 4, including big items like adding a comment to a pending timecard edit and the security updates. This is one you won’t want to miss! Register and save your spot today.

We’re serving up fresh and exciting enhancements to your solution with the R9U4 upgrade. Take a sneak peek into a few of the upcoming features!
- Add a comment to a pending timecard edit – Managers will gain the option to add a comment and note when reviewing employee timecard change requests.
- Employee schedule preferences – Employees will gain the ability to select their preferred location, job, and work preferences, enabling them to have a say in their schedule.
- Forecast Planner graphical views – Admins and managers will be able to see their Forecast Planner Volume graphically in the Forecast Home, allowing them to better understand Volume Forecasts.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and password policy updates – Security is one of our top priorities, which is why we’re applying MFA and password policy updates to your workforce management solution.
