Prior to joining UKG, Scott served as chief information officer at global security company McAfee. During his three-decade career, he has specialized in aligning IT with business strategies and initiatives, guiding both MGM Resorts International and JCPenney as chief information security officer. His expertise in building and motivating teams to drive business goals in an ever-changing technology landscape informs UKG direction as the company reshapes the HCM industry. Passionate about connecting people with technology, Scott enjoys spending time with customers to show them how to get the most out of UKG solutions.

VP Chief Security Officer

Mustapha Kebbeh is the Chief Information Security Officer at UKG. In his role at UKG, Mustapha is responsible for leading the company’s global security vision, strategy, and execution. Along with the support of an exceptional team of over 130 security professionals, Mustapha protects UKG’s business and over 15,000 Ukrewers. Mustapha is a world-class leader with over fifteen years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, and IT enterprise architecture. As a security leader, Mustapha believes in nurturing and growing talent, building a culture of security minded personnel, and getting everyone involved in efforts to guard against cybersecurity threats and vulnerability.
